It is time for yet another installment of the senselessness we call “time change.” At least we fall back and get an extra hour of sleep. So change those clocks back before Sunday morning and then wake up refreshed for church!

A very big welcome to John Lewis, our new Director of Worship Ministries! We are very excited to have John as part of our church family. If you have not met him yet, let me encourage you to reach out to him. Welcome, John!

Wednesday night discipleship is starting on September 16th. This year will look a little different as adults and kids will be doing a combined What’s in the Bible study. The student ministry will meet on their own. Be on the lookout for more info next week!

When you fill a bottle with cash, checks and change, you enable women to receive no-cost medical care and education that is empowering. Much more, you give them the opportunity to hear the message of new life in Christ! Please pick up a baby bottle in the sanctuary and return by October 4 to the church.

Here is a great note from Amy Fleming: Nursery for infants through 2 years old will be available starting this week!As a precaution, please bring snack for your child and clearly label all cups and containers. Volunteers will wear masks, will frequently wash hands and clean toys, and will limit toy sharing. K-3rd Sunday School begins this Sunday at 9:30. Congrats to our new elders: Perry German, Steve Perkins, and Guy Medema! We thank God that he has provided these men (along with Heath, who was reaffirmed) for such a time as this!

As you have hopefully heard, Perry German, Steve Perkins, and Guy Medema are elder candidates. Additionally, current elder Heath Hippel is due for his annual vote of affirmation. Feel free to reach out to Steve, Perry, and/or Guy with any questions you may have. Hello TCAAB FAMILY! PACN is running low on items! We usually would’ve done a baby bottle drive for them but due to everything going on we didn’t. Take a look at the video attached to get some ideas on what is needed.
