Staff

Nick Jones – Lead Pastor / Elder
Nick is a native Houstonian who came to TCAAB in July 2014. He and his wife Amanda have four lovely daughters. Nick has a B.A. from Houston Baptist University, an M.Div. from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a D.Min. from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Paul Morehouse – Associate Pastor/ Elder
Paul has called The Woodlands area his home for most of his life. He joined TCAAB in March 2022 with his wife Olivia, and four amazing children: Beau, Jude, Caroline, and Vivienne. Paul has his Bachelor of Pastor Ministries from Crown College and wishes to live his life as a Christ-like father and faithful minister of the gospel to the glory of God.

Danielle Carmichael – Office Administrator
Danielle Carmichael became a member of TCAAB in January 2017 and joined our staff as Office Administrator in November 2018. She and her husband Jacob met in high school in Arizona where she grew up. They have four wonderful children: Adam, Hailey, Nia, and Eva. Her greatest joy is serving the Lord in the ministries here at the church.

Jason Allison – Worship Director
Jason Allison was born in Lake Jackson, TX, and moved across the country numerous times as a child. Although he grew up in a Christian home, it wasn’t until High School that he began to take serious the claims of Christ. Since becoming a believer, Jason has served the church through music and media. He has been married to his wife Catherine since 2007 and has four children: Joshua, Evangeline, Dorothy, and Jameson. Jason received his Bachelor’s Degree in Radio/Television from Southern Illinois University in 2009, and he currently works as a Video Producer in Houston.

Stacie Nevlin Children’s Director/ Special Events Coordinator Stacie Nevlin, her husband, and two daughters moved to The Woodlands, TX, from Southern California in January 2022. The Church at Alden Bridge was the second church they visited after moving, and after that first service, they knew they didn’t need to look anywhere else. Stacie and her family became members of TCAAB in September 2022, and she joined the staff in November 2023. Stacie is grateful for the opportunity to work alongside a great team of individuals who love the Lord and desire to serve Him faithfully. Stacie hopes to encourage a love for prayer, worship, community, and outreach in our church.

Elders

Perry German – Elder
Perry and his family moved to Houston in July 2016 and came to TCAAB January 2017. He and his wife Danielle are the proud parents of three wonderful daughters: Karis, Sasha, and Gloria. Perry has his B.S. from The University of Tulsa and has completed some of the required course work towards his M. Div. at Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Perry is a commodity broker by trade, but his passion is boasting in the glories and sufferings of Christ for the redemption of sinners.

Guy Medema – Elder
Guy and his family moved from Washington state to Texas in 2005 and came to TCAAB in 2011. They moved to Lagos, Nigeria for five years and then returned to TCAAB in 2017. He and his wife Cindy have two daughters: Rachelle and Samantha.  He and his family love to open their home to visiting missionaries, youth groups, and Bridge groups. Guy is a geophysicist working in the oil and gas industry.

Tyler Nix – Elder / Missions Director
Tyler and his family have been a part of The Church at Alden Bridge since moving to The Woodlands in 2016. Serving as the Missions Director, Tyler is deeply involved in church outreach and also enjoys teaching kids how to love God’s word in the children’s ministry. He and his wife Catherine have two children (and one on the way). Tyler has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Auburn University and works remotely as a Product Manager for a security company. Tyler’s greatest desire is to glorify God in all he does— through work, family, and ministry, that in all things Christ might be preeminent.

Chris Cota – Elder

Chris Stabler – Elder
Chris and his family have lived in The Woodlands since 2013 and joined The Church at Alden Bridge in the summer of 2021.  He and his wife, Meredith, have three children.  Chris serves in the children’s ministry teaching the 1st-3rd grade class.  He enjoys studying the Bible and spending time with other believers.  Chris works as an engineer in the oil and gas industry.
